Recommended match: 4×0.75 kg plates for 5 kg dumbbells, 4×1.25 kg plates for 7.5 kg dumbbells, 4×1.5 kg plates for 10 kg dumbbells, 4×2.5 kg plates for 15 kg dumbbells, 4×4 kg plates for 25 kg dumbbells.
Notice: The threads are the same, so you can also choose other weight plates, e.g. add 1.5 kg plates on 5 kg dumbbells. But please note that the diameters of the plates are different.

Scope of delivery: 4×weight plates + 4×rubber rings (If you choose the plates with a different diameter from your original dumbbells, the rubber rings provided will be useless.)
